Authors who publish with the Journal of Information Technology and Information Systems Management (JITISM) agree to the following copyright and licensing provisions.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their published articles. By submitting and publishing an article in JITISM, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and make the article available through the journal's electronic publishing platform.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to use and distribute their published work for legitimate academic and scholarly purposes, subject to the licensing terms applied to the published article.

Authors may use their published articles for purposes such as:

Teaching and educational activities;
Academic presentations and scholarly communication;
Personal or institutional repositories;
Author websites or academic profiles; and
Other non-exclusive scholarly uses permitted under the applicable license.

When redistributing or reusing the published version, appropriate acknowledgment of its original publication in JITISM should be provided.

Licensing

Articles published in JITISM are made available under the license specified by the journal. The applicable license determines the conditions under which readers and other users may copy, distribute, adapt, or otherwise reuse published material.

The license applicable to an article should be clearly displayed on the article page or within the published article. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of that license.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not unlawfully infringe the copyright or other rights of third parties. Permission must be obtained where necessary for copyrighted materials, figures, tables, images, datasets, or other content incorporated into a manuscript.

Authors are also responsible for providing appropriate attribution and citation for material obtained from other sources.

Third-Party Material

Material contained within an article that is owned by a third party may be subject to separate copyright or licensing terms. Unless otherwise indicated, the journal's license should not be assumed to override the rights associated with third-party material.

Publisher

Journal of Information Technology and Information Systems Management (JITISM) is published by PT OTW GUSAHA CENDEKIA INDONESIA. Publication by the journal does not transfer authors' copyright to the publisher except for the publication rights granted under the journal's publishing terms.
